[6bone] Aggregation to /16 in the DFZ is not possible

Dear 6boners,

lately there were some discussions on the 6bone list improving 
6bone traffic with the help of aggregating 6bone- or RIR-prefixes 
to a /16 aggreagate (3ffe::/16 and/or 2001::/16).

Please note that this should be avoided in any case, because 
if we do so, we would introduce a default route into the "DFZ".
As you might guess, this will lead to severe routing problems.
