You are in error here then, I guess?
Btw 'smaller' is a rather odd wording as one could say that
a /32 is smaller as a /35 (smaller amount of network bits) or say
that a /35 is smaller as a /32 (smaller amount of host bits).
I tend to prefer the host kind of smaller.
