Wellps, it is the 6bone registry and thus it is documented at:
http://www.6bone.net which has a link to http://whois.6bone.net
containing all the information.
I personally prefer the mail interface.
But Viagenie (now Hexago) have a Webinterface at:
http://eng.hexago.com/6bone/registry/
And otherwise, just scream and shout here with the details and
there will be someone to help you out.
