What you should definitely go for is the 6in4-solution in my eyes,
assuming that your customers get fixed IPv4-addresses (or are you
striving for an IPv6-only solution?). This would be easiest.
Unfortunately I'm not aware of any cheap solutions for your problems
apart from a Linux box.
