Yes, we do that.

For "boxed products", all we have seen so far is Cisco.

If you don't want that, you can use a ADSL-to-Ethernet modem (like the ones
Deutsche Telekom is shipping) and use Linux or *BSD with their PPPoE client,
which is fully IPv6 capable.  A number of our customers use that.
