Do you happen to know what this burocratic reason is? We
have native IPv6 to all our universities. But sadly most
of them seem to think IPv6 is something they need to
delay until they retire. Which makes it somewhat harder
to justify native IPv6 them (and others) if there seems
to be no clear need for IPv6.
