The COMPENDIUM pTLA is used to provide ipv6 connectivity to
people and organisations in places where ipv6 connectivity
isn't available from ISPs (yet).

I'm also using it for nl.linux.org; there might be native
ipv6 to the gateway of the university, but none of the
networks inside the university have ipv6 because of some
burocratic reason ;(

I'd love to use native ipv6, but it's just not there yet.

Btw, the ability to tunnel a static ipv6 address over a
dynamic ipv4 address is also pretty important to people
who get their email over ipv6 ;))
