Of course, when one subscribes to a list, they will get a welcome note
from the listadmin. This can be done automatically in any list software.

| If posted tomorrow surely someone who subcribes the next day

They should get the AUP when they subscribe. This way everybody that is
on they list, should know about the rules before they ever post.
