[6bone] Deallocation of 3ffe:82b0::/28

Hi folks


WebOnline would like to return their 6bone prefix, 3ffe:82b0::/28
We are going to switch entirely to our subTLA.
The prefix should be unadvertised within the day.  We are still solving some
minor issues with a few dsl-users.
If it hadnt been for 6bone, we would never have got this far as we have come
now.
Thanks a lot.

ps: When clearing up the 6bone registry I werent able to delete 1 inet6num
cause of wrong password. I will try to solve this.
