Unfortunately the 12.2(13)T does not support OSPFv3. The next version
will, according to the Cisco release plan. There is a beta IPv6 image,
that has support for OSPFv3, but I do not recommend using it unless you
want to debug Cisco IOS bugs... DHCPv6 is not available for Cisco routers,
but soon there will be a beta image.
