[6bone] why there is no checksum in IPv6 header?

Well i suppose, it is not required to check checksum at each
layer provided the fact that data link / media access layer
already provide checksum errors.

The reason, it was removed is obvious, that is to improve
routing efficiency (minimize the cost of header processing).
