No. Same is v4, any bit boundary is valid.

Absolutely. In your case, you could use any prefix you want between /33
and /48. The prefixes from /48 to /64 are the customer's responsibility,
not yours (except for your infrastructure).

> And what is a /126 allocation for a point-to-point link?

Not good, it violates RFC2373. You should use a /64 for point-to-point
links. It is typical to allocate a /48 for your ptp links.
