This is the IPv6 world (or more precisely the 6bone world but in
practice, it is the same thing). It does not work like the ordinary
Internet. Wether it is a good thing (like Usenet, IPv6 people peer
with anybody and gratis) or a bad thing (the routing is a mess), I
don't know.
