[6bone] ipv6 multicast

  How would  ff02::9 routes get propogated
  on Cisco routers then , if it does
  not support multicast. I know thats not the
  only way to distribute routes  , but I thought
  that was a feature of Ipv6 .. all nodes bieng
  multicast enabled ?
