[6bone] ipv6 multicast

Hi Lo, I supose that you know that actullay Cisco is not implementing IPv6
multicast but we hope that Cisco people delivered the IOS with multicast
support the next year 2003.

But you can implement multicast using a freeBSD host to router multicast
ipv6 the tools are very stable.
