I agree with you that the tunnel mess (why do people have dozens of
transit peerings?) and transit to everyone are the major problems.

I think we have two options:
1) clean up the 6bone
2) separate experimental from production

It looks like you propose 1). I propose 2), because experiment and
production don't go well together. But both need the cooperation
of the whole 6bone community. Let's try to reach consensus soon
which way to go.
