Can dynamic ipv4 addresses be used to tunnel the ipv6 traffic ?

The IRCNet (irc.stealth.net et al) has quite some IPv6 capable servers
and also quite some clue in #IPv6.
Only the English language, no colors, scripts, automatic crap and stuff
like this, we're quite puristic on this :) Come and join in if you have
any IPv6 (non-IRC) related things to discuss.
