I've got glibc-2.1.3 and Apache running.
It's www2.ipv6.tychy.net (IPv6-only site) and in /bazar/apache you can get
srces and bin's for apache working on RH6.x with old glibc.
(using IPv6-capable browser ofcourse)
Apache with IPv6 support CAN run on RH6.x! :)
