It's easy, you can download a Cisco's IPv6 IOS, which
is a evaluation version now , then upgrade your 3600's 
IOS. At this time, the 3600 is IPv6 enable.
Now , Microsoft has not released IPv6 protocal stack 
for win98, except for win2000 sp1, but you can find 
other company's IPv6 stack, e.g http:/www.trumpet.com.au/ipv6.htm
