pTLA request for MICROSOFT - review closes 2 January 2002

How, exactly, would this situation change from today if MS was allocated a
pTLA?  I don't see any change happening.  And I don't know if there's
anything to complain about as of this writing.

Everyone can still refuse to peer with MS if they don't act nicely, or
filter all of their routes or whatever..
