Excessive 6bone BGP route flap?

Hello Paul,

This is Yutaka Ishizaki of Dream Train Internet(AS4691),
maintaining route of 2001:2E8::/35 and 3FFE:8080::/28.

I found problem to flapping tunnel link of AS8002.
and shutdown of bgp peer now.
