Excessive 6bone BGP route flap?

Folks,

I'm looking at my 6bone routers, and seeing excessive bgp flap for
2001::/16 and 3FFE:8080::/28 :

If I'm reading this right, it flapped 3600 times in the last week - over
500 times per day, or every 3 minutes :(

I feel that's just a tad excessive :(
