OK, cancel my request.  My application is not going to be as
turnaround-time-sensitive as originally thought, and Nick Sayer has keyed me
in on the fact that there are publicly advertised 2002::/16 routes on the
6bone now (so I can just hook up my 6to4 tunnel to any public gateway).  
Mmm, autotunnelling.
