Question about BGP4+

Hello everybody,

I have set up a BGP4+ connection with my neighbor and when we check the
advertisements that my neighbor receives from my router, we see that the
advertising address is the link-local address of my tunnel side (that is
FE80:....). Shouldn't it be the Glocal unicast address (3FFE:...)??
