Cisco tunnel config

you are trying this with a tunnel interface?
A typical tunnel configuration would look something like this:
interface Tunnel0
 no ip address
 ipv6 unnumbered Ethernet0
 tunnel source Ethernet0
 tunnel destination 130.67.0.1
 tunnel mode ipv6ip
!

If this doesn't work can you please send us the output of sh ver and sh
conf?
