As we are in a transition stage on the 6bone for now (converting to the new
aggregatable address format), I would suggest waiting until November (when
it might be done) and ask again.

Only test addess allocations are available at this time.  The old 6bone
registry at RIPE-NCC is gone, and is replaced by teh RIPE-style registry at
ISI.EDU.  Look at the 6bone home page for relevant pointers.
