   This is a valid point.  But as I no longer work for IBS or have access 
to anything but email, I have my hands tied on this one.  For now it 
would be best to unlink the page and have someone build a new one.  I'll 
try and get the cgi so that someone else can re-write it.  If fact, it 
sounded like Peter was volunteering.
