New site joining: AT&T Labs Europe

Hi,

AT&T Labs Europe is now connected to 6-bone. We've set up our tunnel to =
Digital in Sophia-Antipolis (thanks Bob). We still have some routing =
issues due to incompatibilities between the tunnel software at the =
tunnel ends. This should get solved in a couple of weeks from now, when =
we'll use a Digital RouteAbout to connect, instead of the Sun IPv6 =
stack.

I can't give yet a ping result because of the above routing issues (we =
have only erratic connectivity...).
