Updated Ripe entry for UNI-C

Hello,

    From UNI-C there are two new tunnels, one to ECRC with 
static routing, and one to UUNET-UK with RIPng routing. Our
backbone tunnels to Bay, G6 and SICS have been changed to run
RIPng.

    Our Ripe entry is now
