Sorry, a typo I copied across from an earlier post.

Try 3ffe:bc0:8000::3c6a

Well, this is the address given to me by FREENET6 to connect through them.
This address however does not appear on any of my connections so I need
to check this out. Apache Server can not even listen to [::]:80 so I don't 
think
this is the main problem although may be a contributor.
