I did this with creating a 2nd vhost
on my v6 enabled Apache but with a different
DirectoryIndex statement (e.g. using
index6.html instead of index.html) and
using only the v6 address in the VirtualHost
tag.

Dont know if this is already sufficient
for your situation.
