Indeed it _is_ spreading already. I get a bunch of /64s, /48s, any kind
of prefix if you can name it I get it already from some peering in North
America when I drop my filters.

Fortunately it has although we can expect that there will be more tries.
I will stay on the line of filtering anything that has not been approved
by all 4 RIRs (LATNIC is live I hear).
