I'd prefer to see the second para read:

'There is experience from the IPv4 world that suggests such filters may not
be removed promptly should this address space be reallocated. It is
therefore recommended that the IANA not re-allocate the 6bone address space
until such time as there is deemed to be no alternative to such
re-allocation.'
