It appears that MelbourneIT also support AAAA glue records for .com and
.net. The process is manual, unfortunately. If you go via their website
you need to select '.com, .net, .org Domains/Delegation/Redelgation: 
How do I register a name server to host Generic Top Level domain names?'

As one of the support questions and enter it there. Or you may have luck
