I'd like to see a chart of new pTLA allocation volume against new SubTLA
allocation volume for 1999 onwards...

The 6bone has been running for, what, 6 years?  To close it in 3 seems
short, given deployment status.  I know of at least two large projects that
will be using pTLAs out to at least January 2005.
