That is one of the primary mirrors, unfortunatly it doesn't have a
public server-status.

Also your 'bug' quite probably has to do with the Linux 'sendfile'
implementation.
But heh, you didn't even bother to mention OS nor Apache versions so
there is nothing
to tell about it now is there.
