That's a quite typical way how it's done these days.  Try to find one (or
more) native upstreams, and if none are available, use (short!) tunnels,
and then tell your IPv4-only upstreams that you're not going to prolong 
your contract unless they add IPv6 connectivity...

The main thing about tunnels: don't announce stuff over them that you
wouldn't announce over a "native upstream connection" - so don't try to
do people "a favour" by sending their routes out over all your tunnel
BGP peerings (unless they ask you to do that).
