[6bone] Something going on?

Is there something going on between XS26 and SPRINT?  I'm seeing flows
ranging between 600Kb/s and 1.4Mb/s transiting AS13944 between these two
networks.

What makes it odd is that it began building at 2100GMT 4/13/03 ramping up
to about a DS1's worth of traffic until about 0200GMT 4/14/03 and
remaining pretty steady there at about 1.4Mb/s for the past several hours.
