[6bone] Where is NDSoftware pTLA allocation ?

Hello,
I'm an IPv6-FR user (IPv6-FR depends on the NDSoftware IPv6 Network, IP
and transit) and I see that NDSoftware should be granted their pTLA
allocation. Why isn't the NDSoftware pTLA allocated ? Why isn't their
pTLA listed in http://www.6bone.net/6bone_pTLA_list.html ?
Will it be the next allocated : 3FFE:4013::/32 ?
Is there a reason to this mystery ?
