We have a ipv6 router running in Nanterre. I'm not sure about peering on
the exchange overthere. In Frankfurt we will have a link to the exchange.

UUNET is seeing ipv6 as a test-network, so it's just some enthousiasm of
some engineers in NL, UK, FR, DE an ZA.
