be published BTW) just to fill this hole (and not in the general case
where a RFC 2553 compliant implementation should accept IPv4 and IPv6
traffic on a socket bound to ::, but for the case where a different policy
is applied to IPv6 and IPv5 traffics. Today the only application in this
case is BIND 9).
