[6bone] pTLA request ECITY - review closes 14 July 2002

ECITY has requested a pTLA allocation and I find their request fully 
compliant with RFC2772. The open review period for this will close 14 July 
2002 (due to travel to Yokohama). Please send your comments to me or the list.
