No, you should not, because it's 4:30am here and I went wrong.
ARIN did not change their policy, only RIPE and APNIC did. Sorry for that 
confusion.

Due to this, DISN-LES-V6 should not aggregate both /32 and /35 until ARIN 
did not change their policy.
