I queried them specifically about this in my pre-scan of their application, 
and their response was in the revised request that they did.

If Hungarnet is using AS1955 for their subTLA, then T-NET will not be 
allowed to use it for their pTLA application will have to be denied unless 
they find a new public ASN to use.

I will have to hear from HUNGARNET on this.
