Shouldn't ip6.arpa be included in this requirement as well? Just a
thought.
(Think BCP 49.) My understanding is that pTLA reverse DNS is delegated
directly from ip6.arpa - this would certainly help migration from RFC
1886's ip6.int to BCP 49's ip6.arpa.
