Well, let's look at AS paths to a sample network, 3ffe:1400::/24.

Interesting? ;-) Several other netblock have the exact same as-path[1],
with the same alignment at AS33, which appears to be DEC.  Looks to me
like some more ghosted routes, but maybe someone with more experience
likes to comment?
