native connections in 6bone DB

draft-ietf-ngtrans-6bone-registry-03.txt (now expired) add a new "native"
attribute in the ipv6-site for that purpose.

I don't think it is implemented yet in the current 6bone whois, at least I
don't see any ipv6-site using it.
