libpcap and tcpdump with ipv6 support are available at:
ftp://ftp.inria.fr/network/ipv6/libpcap-0.4+.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.inria.fr/network/ipv6/tcpdump-3.4+.tar.gz
You'll need the first to compile the second (don't forget to do make
install-incl in pcap).
