problem in BGP4+

The goal of BGP is to reditribute route. There are no 'redistribute in
your BGP configuration', you have to add it.
Make a global route 'ipv6 route 3FFE:2900:A00D::/48 Null0 254'
and add 'redistribute static' in your BGP configuration.
