I'm guessing that you mean the TCP/IP stack. You can get that from the
kernel source code. Just go to any one of the many Linux kernel
mirrors. Since you're from ID, I suggest you start with:
ftp://ftp.id.kernel.org. If that doesn't work, find a mirror at
http://www.kernel.org.
